wow...I know I said I was going to pack slowly but this is rediculous. good news...my kitchen counter and sink in here and installed! yay! plus all the plumbing issues are takin care of. so only a few more rooms to unpack and I can call It good : ) Today is a sad but happy day. my Husky had puppies in July. We chose to keep one but have had a really rough time with the last one of the litter. we found a home for the beautiful pup Ashia and so she will be leaving us this evening. so things to do for today...wash dog, unpack another room, and more of the hateful laundry. Managed a great writing night last night : ) and have my title for my WIP. so introducing book two of my Hearts of Heroes series Taming Her Past-Protecting Her Future. looks like I will be done soon...so cross your fingures on a January release! I just got the Weebly app for my phone so hopefully I will be bloging alot more :) is anyone reading this I wonder lol. Kisses.
what a night last night! so I was going to write some last night but things went way off track! First the people who were supposed to pick up the pup never showed. ..so shes still here grrr. Then I head downstairs to switch laundry over and the male pup we are keeping looked bad...like really bad. standing (barely) with his head down touching the floor. I tried water, food, play...nothing. if I picked him up and moved him he would just crumble to the floor...we were scared. we brought him upstairs put him in a makeshift doggy bed and eyes like a hawk for hours on his still form. The hubs went downstairs to see if maybe he got into something. ...beer cans. Yup, a whole load of beer cans. Not our beer cans (im allergic to hops) but the previous renters. when we moved in there was alot of stuff we have been getting rid of....just haven't gotten everything out of the basement. they ripped into the trash bag...spilled the cans...and I guess lapped up enough to get drunk. So good news is after hours of close monitering, he finally stood up and stumbled around for food and water then slept the rest off and is happy and full of life today. Needless to say all cans and bags are cleared out from down there so safe environment has arrived. By the time he was better and we knew he was in the clear it was so late I passed out quickly. Lots of making up to do! lol
Wow...Well I am finally moved into our new place. Muscles are throbbing and sore that's for sure. I am hoping to be starting back up on work soon. Going to go slowly on the whole unpacking thing. I am happy to report getting some words down before the move and I hope to be done with the second book in my Hearts of Heroes series before the end of the year. Remember there is a Christmas Anthology coming out in December : ) looks to be a good one! I will update as soon as the cover is released...im excited to see how it turns out! I was running behind on my website update and I' m very sorry about that but I am happy to report I'm fully updated! I have all info up for my newly released book Keeping Her Close! Stay awesome peoples and I'll see ya soon
